ODDAJA ZEMLJIŠČA – PRIMERNO ZA DEPONIJO IN GRADBENO LOGISTIKO (CU)
Cena najema je odvisna od najete kvadrature in se giblje od 0,49 do 1,00 EUR/m2 + DDV oziroma po dogovoru. Mesečni stroški niso zajeti v ceno najema.
Odda se stavbno zemljišče z namensko rabo CU – centralne dejavnosti, ki ima pravnomočno gradbeno dovoljenje.
Zaradi navedenega je zemljišče primerno za ureditev začasne deponije gradbenih odpadkov, začasno skladiščenje materiala, manipulativne površine ter gradbeno logistiko. Možna je tudi uporaba zemljišča kot parkirišče za tovorna, dostavna ali gradbena vozila ter stroje.
Dostop do zemljišča je urejen z javne površine. Raba je možna skladno z dopustnimi dejavnostmi v okviru namembnosti CU – centralne dejavnosti.
Trenutno je na voljo še cca. 11.000 m2.
Oddaja se izključno davčnemu zavezancu z možnostjo odbitka DDV

Der Mietpreis richtet sich nach der angemieteten Fläche und liegt zwischen EUR 0,49 und EUR 1,00 pro m² zzgl. MwSt. bzw. nach Vereinbarung. Monatliche Betriebskosten sind nicht im Mietpreis enthalten.
Zur Vermietung steht Bauland mit der Widmung CU – zentrale Nutzungen, für welches eine rechtskräftige Baugenehmigung vorliegt.
Aufgrund dessen eignet sich das Grundstück zur Einrichtung einer temporären Deponie für Bauabfälle, zur temporären Lagerung von Material, für Manipulationsflächen sowie für Baulogistik. Ebenso ist eine Nutzung als Parkfläche für Lkw, Lieferfahrzeuge oder Baufahrzeuge und Maschinen möglich.
Die Zufahrt zum Grundstück ist von einer öffentlichen Verkehrsfläche aus geregelt. Die Nutzung ist entsprechend den zulässigen Tätigkeiten innerhalb der Widmung CU – zentrale Nutzungen möglich.
Derzeit stehen ca. 11.000 m² zur Verfügung.
