Hiša ima bruto površino 118 m2 in je razdeljena na dve etaži. V pritličju je hodnik, ki vodi do stopnišča v drugo nadstropje, ena soba, majhna kuhinja s kaminom in stranišče. Stopnišče vodi v prvo nadstropje, kjer je hodnik, kopalnica, dve spalnici in kuhinja, povezana z dnevno sobo. V hodniku so zložljive stopnice, ki vodijo na podstrešje. Podstrešje pokriva polovico tlorisa hiše, preostanek pa je terasa, obrnjena proti jugu.
Vsi prostori so opremljeni, hiša pa je priključena na vodovodno in električno omrežje. Nedaleč od hiše so restavracije, trgovine, pošta in lekarna. Hiša nima zagotovljenega parkirnega mesta.

U hodniku su sklopive stepenice koje vode u potkrovlje. Potkrovlje pokriva polovicu tlocrtne površine kuće a ostatak je terasa koja ima južnu orijentaciju.
Sve prostorije su opremljene i kuća je priključena na vodovodnu i elektro mrežu. Nedaleko od kuće se nalaze restorani, trgovine, pošta i ljekarna. Kuća nema osigurano parkirno mjesto.

Das Haus hat eine Bruttofläche von 118 m² und ist in zwei Etagen unterteilt. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich ein Flur, der zu den Treppen zum zweiten Stock führt, ein Zimmer, eine kleine Küche mit Kamin und eine Toilette. Die Treppe führt in den ersten Stock, wo sich ein Flur, ein Badezimmer, zwei Schlafzimmer und eine mit dem Wohnzimmer verbundene Küche befinden. Im Flur befindet sich eine Klapptreppe, die zum Dachboden führt. Der Dachboden bedeckt die Hälfte der Grundfläche des Hauses und der Rest ist eine nach Süden ausgerichtete Terrasse.
Alle Zimmer sind möbliert und das Haus ist an das Wasser- und Stromnetz angeschlossen. Nicht weit vom Haus entfernt befinden sich Restaurants, Geschäfte, eine Post und eine Apotheke. Das Haus verfügt über keinen gesicherten Parkplatz.

La casa ha una superficie lorda di 118 m2 ed è divisa in due piani. Al piano terra si trova un corridoio che conduce alle scale per il secondo piano, una stanza, una piccola cucina con camino e un bagno. Le scale conducono al primo piano dove si trovano un corridoio, un bagno, due camere da letto e una cucina collegata al soggiorno. Nel corridoio ci sono scale pieghevoli che conducono alla soffitta. La soffitta copre metà della superficie della casa e il resto è una terrazza esposta a sud.
Tutte le stanze sono arredate e la casa è collegata alla rete idrica ed elettrica. Non lontano dalla casa ci sono ristoranti, negozi, un ufficio postale e una farmacia. La casa non dispone di un posto auto riservato.

The stairs lead to the first floor where there is a hallway, bathroom, two bedrooms and a kitchen connected to the living room. In the hallway there are folding stairs leading to the attic. The attic covers half of the house's floor area and the rest is a terrace facing south.
All rooms are furnished and the house is connected to the water and electricity network. Not far from the house there are restaurants, shops, a post office and a pharmacy. The house does not have a secured parking space.

La maison a une superficie brute de 118 m2 et est divisée en deux étages. Au rez-de-chaussée, il y a un couloir menant à l'escalier du deuxième étage, une pièce, une petite cuisine avec une cheminée et un WC. L'escalier mène au premier étage où se trouvent un couloir, une salle de bain, deux chambres et une cuisine ouverte sur le salon. Dans le couloir, il y a un escalier escamotable menant au grenier. Le grenier couvre la moitié de la superficie de la maison et le reste est une terrasse orientée au sud.
