Na atraktivni in mirni lokaciji, v elitnem naselju Martinj hrib na skrajnem robu Logatca, ob gozdu in zelenih površinah, je v izgradnji dvostanovanjska hiša – dve samostojni stanovanjski enoti.

Stavba je zasnovana energetsko učinkovito. Ogrevanje bo urejeno preko toplotne črpalke z nizkotemperaturnim talnim gretjem.
Stanovanje bo imelo vgrajena elektronska glavna vrata z Bluetooth povezavo, kar omogoča daljinsko zaklepanje in odklepanje. Ta vrata so tudi ognjevarna in imajo varnostne ključavnice za otroke.
Zaključek gradnje in primopredaja sta predvidena v septembru 2026.
Stanovanje bo izvedeno na ključ in bo imelo uporabno dovoljenje. V oglaševano ceno je že vključen 9,5 % DDV. Kupec ne plača provizije!

The building is designed as a modern interpretation of a traditional residential house with three floors (basement, ground floor, and attic). It is built in a ground-floor and semi-basement configuration, meaning that one side of the house is set into the slope.
